Returns and Refunds Policy

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund only if it has not yet been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and no refund will be given.

Damaged Goods
All products are carefully packaged and sent to the address provided. Please check your parcel before signing for it. By signing, you confirm you received the goods in good condition.
If your order arrives damaged, keep all packaging and items as you will need them for a claim with the carrier. Essentially Tamara is not responsible for damage or loss during shipping. Claims must be made directly with the carrier. We will, however, work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

Faulty Goods
We strive to describe our products accurately. If any item you receive is faulty or does not match the description, you may return it for a full refund without delay.
